Ben Crothers is a designer, strategist, facilitator, illustrator, and author. From startups to banks, from high schools to non-profits, Ben has been busy for over 25 years mapping complex systems, graphic recording at events, converting business information into single-page pictures, and helping groups express themselves visually rather than just verbally. Currently, Ben is Principal Facilitator at Bright Pilots, his own facilitation consultancy. As well as regular graphic recording, illustration and facilitation, he also teaches facilitation, drawing and visual thinking skills.
